Well, these days I keep asking for an extra few hours a day as a Christmas present. The extra time would let me get ahead of all the extra stuff that seems to appear out of nowhere onto my schedule. I guess Santa was listening a little. A leap second was added to the calendar yesterday - the first in the new millennium. I thought things had started to feel just a tad out of sync for the last few years. Anyway, though it's not much, I'll take all I can get.
